From last 1-1.5 months I am facing problem with my internet speed. I have 1 mbps plan and according to my service provider(Sai Net) download speed commitment from there end is minimum 80 kbps but from last 40-45 days I am regularly getting speed of 30-45 kbps. I called them 4-5 times but they did not take that seriously and everytime I was getting same answer that you are the only one who is complaining. Their engineer came at my home 2-3 times and saw what speed I am getting and made some temporary changes which lasted only for 1-2 days. On their last visit they said I need to install some other applications like DAP(Download Accelerator Plus) to get promised speed but it works only with Internet Explorer and I use Mozilla Firefox to surf the net,so again it doesn’t solve my issue. I tolerated this just in hope of situation will get better within some days but even after calling for so many times in last 2 months my problem has not been solved. Today situation has became worst and download speed has dropped to 4-7 kbps which is even less than what I was getting in my earlier 128 kbps plan.
