Not getting any solution from Airtel

I have bought a data card from Airtel. 3 months ago and till date I have only use it for 20-22 days and my data card is still not activated. I am trying to contact many executives from airtel MR. MADHUKAR (9717221239) , MS. JYOTI, MR. KAMALJEET(9717894316) MR. SURINDER (9910208989) but no one is helping me. Even I am writing mails to them on regular basis to nodal authority as well as appellate authority but no one is replying. I have paid 6 months advance and submitted my all documents 3 times for my datacard but not able to use my data card.
I am very helpless and requesting consumer forums to please help me to get my data card activate.

Hoping for positive and quick response from consumer forum.
