Delay in activation

I, myself have submitted two forms for portabililty from Loop to Airtel for my old loop nos. 9664380022 and 9664380033 to Mr. Zuben , Airtel Gallery Representative, located at Vileparle, Opp. Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall, Near Station, on 11th November 2014. Whereas the system entry were made on 13th November 2014. It takes 2-3 days for a system punching. When asked to a Gallery Incharge/ Relationship manager for the reason for delay in system entry, she has replied saying that is not the only work she has for her. It really not acceptable from her. She should be either trained or should asked to behave properly with the
customers. I have already cleared all my dues from Loop mobile for both the nos.

When asked for revert on delay, service specialist Mr. Sreekanth has replied saying it will take some more time till 29th November. Every representative of Airtel is just giving 2-3 days time to active my sim cards.

Today its has crossed more than 15 working days that I have submitted the form but both of my connections are not yet activated. When asked for the reason of delays, the service specialist Mr. Sreekanth has not bothered to replied. I have also written about the delay to their appellant authority but even the appellant authority is not interested in solving the issue. There is not a single reply from them.

My mobile nos have been already disconnected by Loop due to port out and Airtel has not yet activated my sim. They have kept me contact-less with my family, friends, work colleagues.

If the Airtel do not have capacity to serve more no of customers then why do they accept the forms.

I request the authorities to take appropriate action on this and kindly guide me file a complaint for making me suffer for the delays.
