I’m using the service for the last couple of months.My G Broadband user id is : anirban101. Earlier I was on 512 kbps (G March) plan and was paying Rs.561. The service was bad . The connection always used to get disconnected and the speed was not up to the mark.
Whenever, I used to make complaint they said that they would send a technician and apart from one or two occasions they never send one.
Recently I have upgraded the the service to 1 Mbps( G Velocity) and paid Rs. 897. I’m supposed to get 125 KBps transfer rate but I’m getting a transfer rate which is varying from 40 KBps to 72 KBps. I have called their tech support team and reported the matter but they didn’t do anything useful.
I’m dissatisfied with their service I wish you cancel and get my money back for this month. This company is giving false commitment of better service but giving a very poor service. Please do the needful.
I will be waiting for justice.
