Getting Issue in Samsung Mobile

Hi Sir,

My Name is Bharti Rawat. I am staying in Lodhi road. My complaint is regarding my Brand new Phone Samsung I9060 which i bought for RS 15000 on june 2014 . Sir It’s just a month i bought that phone and last sunday on 20 july 2014 suddenly it got switched off, and i was tryiing to switch on it but it didn’t work. After that i gave that phone to Samsung Store for servicing. And from that they said there is a liquid has gone in Motherborad of phone so that it is not working and it will be charged Rs.5500 for servicing.
But according to me they are saying lie beacuse i am damm sure about it that neither my phone fall in water nor i touched it with wet hands. Sir it’s just a month i bought that phone and it is in warranty period also. Even in my phone i used screen Guard of Rs 500 so that it won’t get any breakage and i use cover also with that phone.
I am just upset about it that Emloyees of samsung’s stores are lieing. I bought that phone in Rs 15000. And i am still paying EMI of that phone.
Please take a action against it and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
