Poor service standards

Swiftnet is an internet service provider in Mira-Bhayander, Thane.

It has repeatedly stood poor in standards of customer service.

Repeated Incidents of no internet access, poor internet access, no planning of system upgrades and no communication at all of the system upgrades to the consumers, have given nothing to the consumers but only harassments..

Consumers keep calling the service number provided and these people give delayed OR no response. They don’t have BCP implementation (Business Continuity Program), so that if any one of their system goes down, the internet service provided should be affected and service should still be seemless to the consumers.

Quite often, I have to work from home for office works and incidents of poor internet or no internet access have increased. When I talk to their customer service persons, they talk back rudely to you. These people need to learn what a service industry is and how much liable it is to the loss a consumer goes through when their service goes poor.

Even after numerous request for providing a prior notice for any downtimes or slowdowns, these people don’t learn. After making a complaint to them and repeated calls from us to request a followup from them, they are the most illiterate people to learn the ettiquetes of dealing with their customers / consumers.

This time I had to stay back home due to family health issues and supposed to complete office work from home, It has been for 4 consecutive days now, their internet service has been poor and due to that I wasn’t able to do my office work from home. I was relying on Swiftnet internet service and what these guys gave me was just another biggest upset of my life. Because of them, it not only costed my reputation in my office, it has costed me my performance consideration and most of all their blunder has costed me Loss Of Pay in my monthly wage. It is a good amount that I am losing here.

Lets not talk about the work that has got delayed and my office and their client dissatisfactions.

I wish I could teach them the laws and legalities of a service industry but I am not a lawyer. I have planned to move away of Swiftnet. Please get hold of them and make them realize their mistakes and make them pay for the blunder service they provide. I am not asking for any compensation but only a respectful appeal.
