Getting extra rent and after fail travel not refund amount

I have book two tickets from Ambajogai to PUNE at wardhaman travel agent from ambajogai he arrange me in vardhman travels on 21.11.15 receipt no 836
My 10 month age baby girl was with me and pruthwiraj travel was felt near Ahemadnagar and till 1.5 hr we were on road with my 10 month baby in cold at 4.00 am. Travel owner didn’t any help to us and also not refunded my fare and inconvenience
Driver also speek roodly in that night
