Today at about 8 30 pm I had checked tatadocomo site to do recharge for my friend’s number 8976461305.
I did Rs150 recharge which was showing full talktime, but I did not get full talktime.
On 24 september too I did the top up for the same number. At Rs315, I was to get about Rs300, but that day too I did not get the talktime value which was showing.
It misleads the public and cheat.
TCS is known for software consultancy. The site should be best and always upto date.
Yesterday too at about 8 pm I had called 1800 266 121 to know the balance for my tata photon plus number 92245 74491. The care officer could not give me the required information even after making me wait for about 20 minutes.
I am sorry to point out that recently the tata docomo service has become very bad.
