fraud bill generated / heavy bill /wrong chargea

Non – accurate bill was published vodafone telecom since May 2014 to sept 2014 and complaint was lodged for reverse the wrong charges thru email as well as on call centre but there was no revert received and no single call was received from Vodafone. However, I am decided to hold the payment from July 2014 and several call was received for payment but no proper answer was received for complaint of reversal charges from Vodafone.

Then after all the services were restricted from 22 Aug 2014 including incoming calls. Surprisingly the sept 2014 bill was also generated including wrong charges. Now the separate email was received for reversal of wrong charges only sept.
What about earlier months and why it was delay ????? From Vodafone.
