Full Refund not provided also They have Internal Connections With the certain Companies

I (MR.Nikhil Chheda) am, currently unemployed from last one year and suddenly between in the month of April i got a call from Exalt Consultancy (ECPS) executive (Akshata) regarding job. It was paid services where i have to pay Rs. 4500 (Refundable amount). Service was for the 3 months. After registration they were not attending my calls. They provided me all walk-in Interviews. Where I do not find any jobs as per my requirements. After expiration of 3 months period (in July), I applied for refund, but they refunded me only Rs. 500 instead of Rs. 4500 in the months of August. When i asked them why is so? they said ” We provided you enough services but you did not attended any single interviews”, where after every mail relating to jobs i was informing them that the job interview which They (ECPS) were sending me was irrelevant to my profile or it was a Walk-in Interview. Again as per their Terms & Condition I have to pay them Rs. 5000 each month for 3 months if I get a job from them, so i was not attending the interviews which was irrelevant but they people were sending me this type of jobs recurrently just to skip from the refund. Now they are saying that WE (ECPS) have “INTERNAL CONNECTIONS” with certain companies where you (Nikhil Chheda) will surely get selected if you have attended any single Interviews. Now the questions is, How can I attend any Interviews, which is either Irrelevant or Walk-in (where any person can attend the interview without paying charges)?. After knowing that the job is not secured, pay scale is not as per the requirements or not as per decided, Jobs are Walk-in or Irrelevant etc… No one would like to attend the interviews. Simply every one will wait for the refund, what I did. But now they are not refunding my full amount instead they are saying they have Internal Connections with certain Companies, which is unfair with the people who are not getting jobs, this is unfair with the public who are poor.
Now I want justice, at least i want each and every person should understand and protest against it.
