Full benefit not given

I am using reliance no 8100105286. I have recharged GPRS pack of Rs 57 on 23rd October. According to given information in its official site, this is for 200 mb data and Rs 47 talk time but I have not been provided with the same. Only 50 mb data is credited instead of 200mb in my number.
I have called customer care 2 times but after listening my problem they cut the call.

  2. On 30th October, I have received call from reliance telecommunication customer care confirming my complain. I was told that my problem will be resolved within 3 days.
    But till today this is not been resolved. My service request no is 226312343.

    Plesse guide me what should I do.
