As per the discussion with the manager on 22nd June 2017 were I complaint about the slow Internet connection and frequent disconnection at night. He had availed me 500gb data with the validity of 12 months and promised that you won’t face the same issue again.
But In the very next month, I faced the same trouble and the support guy says it’s updated on the system but the technical guy who visited my place it does not show on the system. On requesting the support guy to resend the confirmation he denied to do so, now what should I do in this case?
On inquiring with the customer support, who ironically where not at all supportive as it took me 7 calls to make to connect to them because they purposely disconnected the call when I requested to speak with the manager. if you don’t believe me check the call recording on the 15th of June when the lady disconnected the call forgetting to mute her speaker phone and signed saying “Areee yaar”. Isn’t that pathetic? A customer which unfortunately has no other point of contact has to bear such support? Even if they didn’t purposefully disconnected the call for 7 times they could be courteous enough to give a call back tough they got my details.
The whole purpose of buying airtel was due to its service and it makes no sense to continue if this continuous. I have two broadband connection and one postpaid connection this is what I get?.
I would sincerely request you to take the setup box back and refund for my loss and security deposit if you cannot do anything about it.
