Dear Team,
This is in context to a SWIPE Elite -3 which I purchased online from flikart dated 22-Feb-2017 (Bill attached)
First 3 months the phone worked fine but as soon as it completed 3 months the problems started , same were as below :-
• This Phone use to FORMAT itself in night and this happed 2 times & all the important data was deleted
• This phone started Hanging as we open any application the phone use to hang & removing the battery and re-inserting the same use to resolve the issue this was happening 3-4 times a day.
• It does not recognizes the WIFI that we have in our home tried all best possible things but use to only detect Hotspot created by Mobile
• In night automatically the vibrator use to start vibrating and screen at this time was blank & removing the battery and re-inserting the same use to resolve the same ,this was happening every alternative day so as an preventive measure we use to keep the phone off by removing the battery in night as it was becoming hot & may also explode in night if battery was not removed.
Last month I decided to go to the service centre (Mobile Planet – Malviya Nagar)
You must be aware that this is an 3×3 store only 2 people can stand , the guy in the store is so arrogant that he not even agreed with my above said complaints & said will upgrade the software take it after 2 days
I took the handset back after 2 days post using for 5-7 days all above said problems started again ,there was nothing done to my phone except a factory reset . Now new problems were added to the device
• Touch not working in proper way while typing the message if we press P letter A use to reflect on the screen same with applications , removing the battery & re-inserting the same use to resolve the same , this was happening every time message on whatsup or messaging use to be done
• Hang problem increased more now earlier it use to get rectified if batter was re-inserted but now problem was not improving
• And yesterday finally the phone got itself switch off in the night and was not able to On the device since than
I have submitted the device at Service center again today would appreciate if the problem can been rectified permanently or the money can be returned
