Atleast from last 1.5 months my MTNL landline phone and internet is not working. I have complained twice through the portal but no action. I even got a message on the mobile stating that the issue is resolved on 26th May, 2015 stating that dock number 2341 is attended. On an average after every 3 months, the line gets disconnected. Before 2-3 years, continuously for 2 months the net was not working but still the bill payment was done regularly from our end. Earlier (2-3 years) I used to raise a complaint on MTNL portal, after few days it used to display as if the issue is resolved but it was all false because the landline still used to be dead. Once again I have lodged a complaint yesterday and the docket number is 5512.
I am highly disappointed with this service and would not recommend anyone to use MTNL service. My landline number is 25354006 and reside in Mumbra (Kausa).
