Fruade by Aviva agents and misbehave

Dear team,

I am Kanika Bahl daughter of Mrs Sunita Bahl. My mother has taken aviva policy few year back by agent Kusum janakpura branch,however my mother is not much educated to understand the terms and Conditions.
This lady misguide her.
my mother is not having any earning source now because i am married and i cant help her after it.
pls call her to sort of the case. She is fighting for her rights from last 1 yr but no response. we agree she singed the documents but things were not cleared to her by Kusum aviva agent though she know all our family financial situation. When my mother went to back for complain then bank Lady manager abused her and asked her to get out from the bank.she was crying like anything because she was alone and helpless.
last we went to aviva head office for discussion but again they said no to this case. now we are in hope from you.
few days back one article printed in news paper and same thing happened with some one else and he got solution from you.
Aviva agent does not inform my mother that she have to pay 20 year installment ,only misguide her with saying that after 3 year we can withdraw full amount which is not true.
pls help us..this is last hope for us.
