froud in money in mobile recharge

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: tatadocomo

An amount of Rs 2000+ was deducted from my balance from last 45days…no message about the balance deduction was provided.day before Yesterday I have recharged my mobile with Rs.30 transaction ID:10000213371535. when i check my balance in the morning its deducted to Rs.98ps. I am not using any kind of active plans. I need clarification about this and I want my deducted balance back…my mobile number is 8050902067
