Fraud Transaction from ICICI Bank Account

Hello sir,
I am writing a complaint about a fraud transaction from my ICICI Account. Last omnth 26 Oct i hot a sms about a transaction of 7548 inr from my account rrespect to Spicejet Gurgouan(Description in mini statement) but i didn’t make any transaction even i was not in India that time i was in UAE and i came to India on 31 Oct i have immigration stamp on my passport too and i was having that card with me.
I put a complaint in ICICI but they are saying we can’t do anything in this you have to write a police complaint.
