Freshfalsabzi.com – Bill not received

I experienced a nightmare incident at freshfalsabzi.com. Now days when government is making various efforts to increase the knowledge of customers by telling them their customer rights through advertisements then a responsible company like freshfalsabzi.com does not send invoices while delivering the products. Yes, it is 100% true. I ordered a bunch of vegetables from freshfalsabzi.com last week and I got the items delivered. But, when I asked for the invoice to the delivery boy he checked the same and found no bill. He assured to me that it is the freshfalsabzi.com that is responsible for this fault and not him as his job was to deliver the product at the right address to the right person. I tried to contact customer care support of freshfalsabzi.com several times but did not get the positive response and neither the bill of the delivered item. Delivery of the product without a bill is illegal. Please suggest me an effective solution for this problem. I will not be able to make a claim about the return or refund if I found the delivered item spoiled or rotten.
