Frequently Delay service in cylender

Name of company/service: Bharat Gas Jalna Road, Aurangabad

I’m Bharat Gas customer. I have two cylendr. As per company rule I always book after 20-days. but never delever within 8-10 days from booking. when we asked on phone replies that your found closed position, if you need collect from our godown. sir godown is 10-12 KM from my residence and both of us doing service then how it is possible to collect from godown?
My address home never closed position. It is always 24-hrs open.
So, Pl. look in to the matter.
