I bought a samsung microwave oven from snapdeal.com. With the oven, i was expected to get some free items which are Rice cooker with lid, Idli Maker, 500 ml magic bowl and spatula. I received the oven but never received the free items. When I called them they said this is not free. After multiple calls, sometime they say we will send and next day I get emails stating it is not part of deal. I have all the screenshots, order details etc which tells that this was part of it. I have spent a lot of time and efforts but nothing has happend.
