I have an Airel no. 7843985964.
On June 4th, 2016, i have received a messege in my mobile as such ::
–“Bumper Offer Sirf Aapke Liye!! Rs. 144 me Paye 1.5 GB 3G Data ,Val 28 din. Aaj hi Recharge karein ya Dial
* 121*144# . Extra Data recharge ke 8hrs me -Aircel”.
After reading this messege I have dialed the no. *121*144#. from my mobile fone.
But i got only 600 MB data, and the remaining 936 MB data has not been given to me even after 24 Hours of recharging.
On June 5th, 2016, I have complained to Aircel customer care (on 198) but the representative told me that I should have recharge from an aircel retailer, and should not recharge by dialing *121*144# to avail the offer.
In this situation I am unable to understand that if the offer was valid by retailer recharge only, why the messege was sent to me to recharge from my mobile.
If the offer was valid on self activation also kindly give me the remaining data of 936 MB.
