Hi,
I had purchased 3 clothing items from this website (www.mydesiwear.com) on 1st June 2019. My order number is 10000256. I made the payment of Rs. 5877 via Internet banking. Here are the details they sent me via email:

Shipping of the items was supposed to be after 6 days; but when I checked the status online, it showed that my account has been suspended. The website did not open even after repeated trials from different devices. I tried to contact them through their phone number (from Google), sent them emails (one showed wrong email address and the other was never replied). I checked their Instagram page also, but it appears fake as well.
Till now I have not received any information regarding my clothes or money, even though I had received an order confirmation email from them.
I request you to please look into this matter and take necessary actions.
