Complaint against fraud by Delight Marketing, Delhi

Dear sir,
I got sms from (7338904800) Delight marketing company new Delhi as follows:
Earn 4000 to 5000k daily at home by making Paper plate,phone covers,Agarbatti,Led, with 5 yr agreement for more detail Ph- 09643859831(Time:10:30 to 5:30)

from above projects I opted to do work in LED light business. They shared the sample agreement and also the catalog. I paid first 15000 rupees as advance to them in their account details as :

also they have sent me a raw material for LED bulb worth rupees 4480/- (with GST). the quality of material is so cheap hardly it is worth of 1500/- only.
Now they are demanded me GST amount of 12600/- i.e. (28%(45000)). Though the GST on LED is only 18%. I refused to pay a single rupee. Then after they have not received my call. I requested them to return my money but no response from their side.
