Fraudulent pulsating reward programme

I would like to complain against Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. For conducting fraudulent reward programme of many prizes like watch, bags, fm radio, DVD player etc. In refund of empty packets of cigaretts. I have also bought 50 packs of cigaretts and when i went to refund those empty packs for claiming my prize they have started asking lots questions like how can you finish those packs so early ?
What have you done those cigaretts ?
Etc..
Their bahave was very bad.
Sir, they did not gave me any prize after calling me 2 to 3 three times.
I was badly harrased by their bahaviour.
So i would like you to take proper steps against this company for making their customers a fool.
