Bad Experience shopping with Indiatimes

I purchased Computer mouse from indiatimes (Order Number:3001915713).As per return policy,I want to return the order as i do not like the product.
I have to create complaint and get the complaint id return the order so i did it. case id is :653739.
Now indiatimes people not allowing me to return the item.They are saying you should check the item before buying.
In return policy it is clearly mentioned that i can return the item if i do not like it.

Very Bad Experience in shopping with Indiatimes.
