Respected Sir/Madam,
I am truly upset with my Samsung Device that I purchased as on 15 Feb 2017 Device Description-
(Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime) worth rupees 16900/-

UNDER WARRANTY
It went dead after using it for 2 months. The problem that occurred was exactly hours.
I went to the Service Center which is at 24, M G Road, Halwasia Court, Hazrat Ganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226001
They have changed my Mobile device Mother Board and then it went off no use. I have been to the service center several times to make it repair but it isn’t working.
Wrong Words- Company’s Man (Service Center Head Said We Can’t Help You Do Whatever You Like To Do… They think a Consumer has no rights and can’t fight back about their wrong doings.
Please help me out gaining my compensation about my time/money waste and a new device in replace of it.
