From the very first day of this connection i have been facing problems and harassment at the hands of company,
firstly, additional charges were imposed for activation of a service
secondly, when asked from the complaint center executive they failed to trace the service but kept on pleasing with cash backs.
Third, again a different service was activated and charges were imposed.
Fourth, in the last month the whole postpaid plan was changed with out any intimation and i was charged more for text msgs and calling.
I want to register my complaint against the company and want them to pay for the harassment their actions have caused comprising visiting their office and again again explaining the whole scenario to their call center personnel to which they did nothing but offering cash backs.
