Not replacing Faulty New Phone

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name Is Vishant Mehta.i Bought Micromax Mobile A73 Through Internet Mobile.Sulekha Web Site.And I Received Mobile Dated On 07/09/2012 at 4.15 pm But date On Bill Was 04/09/2012.But Mobile Was Heating More Than 40 Degree Celsius Temp.And I Called On Next Day But called not connect due to busy tone.but on 10/09/2012
dated at 1.39 pm called picked by customer care and i told him my problem of phone heating when i used anyone function and even charging the reply he told me that go on micromax service center and replace the i told him gave me nearest area service center address so i do the process.he gave me ahmedabad i visited ahmedabad service center dated on 18/09/2012 at 5.00 pm.i told my problem to technical engineer he checked mobile and told that motherboard problem exist in mobile but also told me that if you came in one week that i will sure replace your phone and then after i called micromax care but he don’t have any type of manner and not at good behavior during my conversation.and also told me that if you called me first then i gave you instruction and any without question i can’t give instruction about 7 days replacement.any one care executive not guided about 7 days replacement policy and only argumentation and debate by care executive.
Here I Also Attached Recording of care executive discussion.
so i want new phone from micromax phone.
