Fraudulent Charges in postpaid bill for mobile data

Hello,

My bill details are :
NO : 0000482473082014 Bill Period : 5.6.14 to 4.7.14 Plan : E-Connect_3G_499.
And as per plan I have 1GB 3G internet and after it unlimited 2G.
In my last bill I got charged as below:

Total 2 Call 129.00

So in all it’s adding Rs.140+ to my bill including tax.
It’s cheating by company and the customer care is giving round n round answers.
Please refund the credit to my account.
