I have been using BSNL Landline / BroadBand services since 2008, had never been defaulter and always paid the bill before due dates.
But this time Without my consent OR any prior information, BSNL WB has changed my plan FROM (BBG-FN-HOME-500) to ( BBG-CNT-500-MONTHLY ). By doing this BSNL has almost reversed the tariff by 360 degrees and hiked it by 1000%. Because of this BIG & unnoticed change; my telephone bill has crossed Rs. 4000/ which is normally between Rs.700 / to 800/.
I have been using Night Unlimited plan from past 5+ years . For all these years night usage tariff was 100% free BUT all of a sudden; its 100% chargeable except 1.5 gb free?
Moreover, they didn’t even notify me by a call, SMS or mail for this BIG Major change..!!
How can they change the plan and tariff without informing the subscibers? I came to know about their BAD decision ONLY after seeing JULY month’s broadband bill.
Without any prior intimation, charging for free usage is a breach of conditions mentioned in their broadband plans and mistrust with loyal customers like me of BSNL
BSNL has not acknowledged about this notice to the subscribers and has deliberately taken this unethical move without notifying us. They have cheated their loyal customers. This should just not be done.
I request you to kindly go through it and resolve this issue immediately because this wrong decision has not only affected me but numerous subscribers also very badly.
