i got a phone from a person named karan singh mob. 8860814246 who claims to be an advocate from tees hazari court, delhi. he said a case has been filed against me for not paying a bill of Rs. 1062 by mts. we disconnected the mts internet connection and still they sent bills with 0 Mb usage. The person asked me to come to the court with lawyer and 2 DD of 5k each. he was very aggressive and was shouting. when i asked what could be done as i will not be able to come the next day.he asked me to pay tha bill immediately and sent him the transaction details.
I then consulted with my friends and then came to know that this dirty trick is done by mts recovery agents to harras people by threatening them and gaining advantage of people’s innocense.
he called me again and again inspite of me requesting not to call me. when i said i will file a case of harrassment against mts in consumer forum, he abused and cut the call.
please, beware of these people and do not get in their trap.
