i purchased sony vaio laptop vpceg25en/w from pankaj electronic bhiwadi rajasthan(auth sony dealer) in 2012.So when its screen display vanished in aug 2014 ,i naturally went to him for repair on 6.9.14.He said that the laptop will be sent to auth service centre alwar,so i left it with him.One month passed just like that without him even telling me what the fault was and how much it will cost.He had said that i will be called after the fault is found but no one ever contacted me.I made several phone calls to him as well as visited the shop personally during this time and even requested him to give my laptop back to me in original condition as it was taking too long but he kept making false promises of giving me back in next 2-3 days.He used to speak to a certain – Mukesh of repair centre.When i demanded the mobile no. of this person he gave me a wrong no. of somebody else in hanumangarh.One day when i spoke to him he said that it was not possible for him
to get it repaired so i could take it back next morning 11am.When I went to him at 1pm next day to get my laptop back he took a U turn- he spoke on phone to someone and said it will be repaired by tommorrow.screen will be replaced and regarding bill he still didnot tell me.Again few more days passed with him giving me weak excuses.Finally on 12.11.14 when i called him he told that my laptop has arrived and the cost was Rs11000/-.When I asked about bill he said it will be provided if i wanted.The laptop had come by courrier and how could service centre send something as important as bill by courier.so it will take another few days for bill to arrive.I enquired at several other service centres who said that screen replacement costs only Rs 5000-6000/-and takes just 2-3 days.The laptop is still with him and he is adamant regarding the amount and says that it will amount to this much only if it is done in service centre.The bill is yet to arrive.
Hence kindly help me by-
1- help me get back my laptop in original condition
2- take action on pankaj electronics bhiwadi for being dishonest , giving lousy treatment to customer and charging double rate,giving me a unnecessary mental stress,and wasting my time avd money
