complaint against shophunk company

dear sir,
i have participate the contest of shophunk then i have sent company courrier parcel at my home address .have not home on dt.13/10/2014 courrier man give the parcel at home and coolect the Rs.999/- i have thought this is fraud pl.refund me. my amount rs.999/-
