I am a regular customer of Vodafone since last 5-6 years having mb no. 9478700006. In the current detailed bill, a charge of Rs. 148.00 is there for downloading something. I had not downloaded anything and had not activated any service/deal.
I visited vodafone store located at Leela Bhawan, Patiala but the representative didn’t provide the information on the said downloads and said She didn’t know about the charges. Her Name is Komal. Then I inquired about the charges from the head (as told to me) Mr. Jaswant Singh but his reply was neither satisfactory nor polite. His attitude was arrogant and he said that these are your downloads you know what you had downloaded. When I asked him that what was the mode of downloading that by SMS of by sending any code or anything else, he was unable to provide any reply and give me this email id saying this is the email id of nodal officer of Punjab and write to him/her if you want.
