Name of company/service: Tikona
This is to inform that I have taken the connection of tikona hardly a month back and at the time of connection I was told that that at the time of connection the plan which I have taken is unlimited and now hardly after 30 days they state that my plan is in secondary mode and i will not get the speed as promised.they have taken money for three months in advance and now I feel cheated dont know what to do now kindly help and guide to to take legal action against the company Tikona which still claims that same promise and cheat a large group of people in Chennai.Steps needs to be taken against them.
