Fraud by Reliance

I took a new VIP number from a Reliance outlet located at S.G Highway (OTC Code – 35077) on 24th May 2014. I was been serviced by Nayan Sheth and out of the options given to me i chose 7818811811 for which the executive told me i had to pay Rs. 2,250 along with that he asked me to pay Rs. 300 for security deposit which i paid in cash and the receipt number given to me is U00005736361. After i submitted all the documents required i was been informed that the number will be activated in 24-48 hours post verification.

It didn’t get activated for 5 days so i contacted the same store to check the status and was been informed that there was some technical glitch and will be activated soon so i waited for 5 days more and when it still didn’t get activated i walked up to the store today and asked the same executive about the status he said he cant do anything about it and said he cant even give me a refund. He also asked me to do what ever i want but he will not be able to help me.

This is a serious disgrace i never expected a brand as big as Reliance to play such a game with their new customers, i was been advised by few of my friends not to go with Reliance but i still trusted my instincts and got a connection but now i think that i have made a very wrong decision.
