I use airtel postpaid . I have booster added in my bill which i have not activated . Since last 10 months i have to call 121 for refund of booster and deactivate it. But they always say we are trying to deactivate and its a technical issue and all shhit!. I fuccckcking need help to complaint against these guys. Even senior executives are usless. I had talked to mr. Arth kumar for this issue on 30/4/2014. That was of no help too. He said u can port to other service if u want . But i cant help anymore. This is really fucccking awesome.
