Executive from “2dayshopping” called on 13.10.14 for a combo offer of bombay dyeing bedsheet + pillow cover+blanket @ Rs. 1999/- along with assured gift of 3d/2n holiday package.
I purchased & made the payment. i received the packet on 11.11.14. When i opened the packet i found a bedsheet worth Rs.1399/- no blanket. i immediately called up 01206525454 and informed the call centre + sent the detailed mail.
From 11.11.14 i am continuously followimgup with them bu still no reaction.
Kindly help me in getting refund of my payment.
