Fraud on certificates

Hi,

I have opted for graduation from Eiilm university, but lately I heard that the institute is fake and few of my friends were cheated as well, now when I demand refund and explanation they are rudely telling go lodge a complain we are not afraid, we already have many complaints on us. I need help it was my hard earned money and do multiple jobs to earn that money.
