Dear, It is Almost 2 year completed for the discussions going on with Country Club.
Still there is no response their you side, this shows the worse customer care support
Also shows their ignorance..
There is no response about the :
1. My Permanent Cards
2. My Plot Details
3. My Payment details…
4. Further Services
Please take some action or response, so i can take the further action.
As i clearly mentioned in some previous mails.
There is some mismatch in the receipt and the agreement about the total amount.
But i feel now, you are not taking it seriously.
I have seen payment details updated now on my account. How?
How it was not available previously?
I made the full payment of Rs. 3,50,000. But it’s not updated.
Previously i was asked to pay 1,35,000. Now it become 65,223.
I feel cheated on this. make it very clear.
I have signed the agreement for 3,50,00. If you check the agreement copy. You can see it clearly.
Next there was 4 allotment letters given for the Plots and till date i have not received any.
Still I did not get the cards or letters. Why??
Please help me, so i can get my amount and plots back.
