Dear Sir, I have purchased my bike at Dec 2005 by Anand Jaiswal sub dealer of Anurag motots. At first I got my all the documents after 3months where my surname was misprint, instead of Shaw there was Sahoo than i complained to the bike’s sub dealer (from where i purchased bike) to resolve this problem and he took my documents for 1yr than he gave me my smart card where still the name was incorrect instead of Shaw there was Saha. Again i complained to him regarding this and again he has taken my smart card for 8months but no result found, And after it he said “ok let me see” and “use your bike there would not be any problem” and after few months they have closed their automobile’s shop and they are doing any other business at the place , than i went to the motor vehicle department from where i can change my Surname but now they said it is impossible you will not be able to change this surname because after a long time I been over here. And still i am getting harassed by kolkata police regarding this surname mistake again and again they are taking Rs. 500 fine from me. I am just fed up with this..
Plz assist me if you can, I will be really grateful to you CONSUMER FORUM’S OFFICERS…..
