Last year I visited an event in Pragati Maidan based on Franchising System and its entry fee was NIL as per the documents and mails sent by the organizers. But at the entry gate the company named “ Franchiseindia” was forcefully collecting the money worth Rs 500/- each person on the name of entry ticket & they promised to provide magazines of those 500 Rupees. As per them they will send a magazine worth Rs. 50/- till a year from that amount. Also ensured that they will send promotional offer for your product and their magazine also help in boosting your business.
They sent only one Issue till now after reminding a lot of time and now they completely stopped to send the magazine as they promised earlier. So I couldn’t take any benefit of the magazine. I waste my money & this company done a FRAUD on the name of business. I need Rs 50000/- as compensation from the company for this fraud.
I am requesting you to kindly take a legal charge on this company & help us to get the compensation ASAP.
