I purchased a titan frame for Rs 2145 on 24 march 2012. For which company provided one year warranty. Frame is still in warranty. Few months ago coating of the frame started deteriorating. I went to the shop from where i purchased the frame. They people said just by seeing the frame that the coating is removed because of mishandling and gave me a number to call. I called on the number provided by them a lady picked up the phone and said send her bill and an image from where the coating is removed. I send them all the necessary information including bill and the image of the frame with indication where the coating is started to peel off. She said that she will response me over the mail only after concerning with the higher authority. But no response came up to 2 weeks. I called her again again she said that she will reply on the same day. But no reply came. I called her many time but she is just passing time no reply yet. Now a day she is not picking up the call. If 23rd of march is passed out, then company will say that your frame is out of warranty now. So the company people are just passing there time.
Please tell me is it the proper way. And I have never mishandled the frame i have spend Rs 2145 on the frame why i will mishandle so costly frame which is mine. I also put lenses of Rs 1500 on that frame.
Please take the necessary action before 23 march so that my warranty is not expired.
