Complaint against 3G Connection

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Aircel

I have taken an Aircel connection (Number – 7278662139) for 3G with FRC Rs 447 on 15-01-13. Although i have taken 3G connection but not getting speed like 2G also. I had complaint to the customer care for two times complaint no 1-10934398965 on 16-01-13 and 1-10972597071 on 21-01-13 at 11:14 pm but no one has responded and my problem not yet solved. I have mail mark to appallate officer also but no body given rly. Pl help to get my money back.
