Fraud In Idea Postpaid Connection

Dear Sir,

I am Dipak Mangukiya, from Surat, Gujarat, I was using Idea Prepaid connections before the 23rd of July 2013. Recently i have migrate my number from Prepaid to Post paid. With plan selection of Rs. 399 per month.

Now, i get 249 sms per month. plus 1GB 2G DATA and 1500 Minutes Local/National for calling.

For me i must need to call every day to foreign country as i am doing export business. but according to the Idea Customer care, i can not call until 2 month from the migration date. It create lot of difficulty for me to carry this regular number.

Also, there is no information have been received on *147#, the information showed is either wrong or the 96 hrs Late. for Data usage i dialed 300225, and same problem here too. No true information.

This idea peoples are misleading and doing public scam here. please support and file complain against such rummer in Gujarat, Idea peoples are really doing cheating with public, as they never provide us daily usage data and customer never knows how much he/she cost per day.
This is to be biggest scam from telephone company… please help us.
