Bhagyanagar Digital Set top Box- Waste of money

Name of company/service: Bhagyanagar Digital

As per the digital act by the Govt.of India, we have opted for Bhagyanagar digital set-top box which was supported by our MSO/Cable operator. That was fine. we have taken this box 2 months ago. from the first day, we are not getting proper signals, delay in transmission, mismatching of audio-video and frequent strucks in the picture. When asked the cable operator, from the first day he was saying that the signals has to be set. How many days it is required to set the signals? This is the worst box and wirst service and please dont opt for BHAGYANAGAR DIGITALS.

    Worst service in Entire hyderabad.. Always and always “no signal”… When there is signal, it is very poor… Picture and voice break… many good channels are not at all given… I wish we had Hathway or some other cable here in Nagole.
    If they can’t handle, they better sell the organization to some good cable opertator.

    Worst service and after installing set top box for Rs 1600, they stopped service within 6 months. when we questioned they told to buy new set top box with 1600 rupees again and the old one will be of no use. they are looting people.
