Fraud in connection by your agent

Respected sir,
It’s inform to you with a lot of pain that last 84 days ago I have purchased a new airtel prepaid Sim( 9547414715)@ ₹300/- by input my adhaar no. from your airtel agent at barasat railway station North 24 pargana. Then your agent informed me about the offer of this Sim which was 180 days unlimited calling facilities in all over India and 1gb data every day for 180 days. But after 84 days my data limit and unlimited calling facilities has stopped. I want to know why your agent gave me wrong information. So please take nessecery steps and solve my problem as soon as possible.
