Deducted money from my account

I got amazon gift card of rupees 1000 so i was adding that gift card to my amazon account so that i can purchase from amazon. I fill gift cards details correctly to add it to my account suddenly they redirected me to the payment page and deducted my money 1000 rupees from my bank account and they did not added my gift card which i was having with me i several times tried to solve problem with them and they were just giving me fake promises that your problem will be solved in 3-5 days yet my problem is not solved. Problem took place on 5 october still they have not refunded my money. They agreed to refund but not yet refunded
