Please find attached the screenshots of the product, Fastrack Sunglasses
that we received from you today morning.
The quoted price of the product on your website was Rs.850, including 20%
discount, when we ordered on 11 June, 2015.
Username through which the purchase was made : [email protected].
The attached screenshots clearly expose the fraud in quoting the MRP of the
product. The MRP has been inflated from from Rs.695 to Rs.850.
Moreover, Flipkart has gone far ahead by even declaring a inclusive 20%
discount on the ‘Inflated Price of Rs.850’ of the product.
We’re, hereby lodging a strong protest in this regard with you and expect a
swift action on this, either by return of the product with entire amount
refunded or refund of the difference amount.
We also want to inform you that we’ve already taken advice from our legal
advisor and hence, we may approach the consumer court regarding this
fraud
