I had placed an order of Manual Treadmill from fitnessworld.in (Order number: #6416) on 10/11/2014 and as cash-on-delivery option was not there, I had to deposit the money (through CC Avenue payment gateway) when placing the order.
This website guarantees that they ship the order within 48 hours and delivers the item before 14 days, otherwise they will return the money.
But my bad experience stars from here.
After 48 hours also when I had checked the order in the website (fitnessworld.in), it was not shipped. So I had called their customer care numbers (+91-7307301146 / +91-9041424343), either the phone is switched off or no-one is bother to picking the call. So I had dropped a mail regarding this to their customer care. Next day I had got the reply that the item will be shipped before next EOB (14/11/2014). But still the item was not shipped on next day. I had to mail the vendor again but no reply. Finally on next Monday (17/11/2014) the status of the shipment was changed to shipped by BLUEDART COURIER, WAY BILL NO -: 50304834952.
But my sufferings were not over yet. As I had checked with the courier partner (BLUEDART) and they had confirmed that there is no item with that mentioned WAY-BILL number.
After that I have send multiple mails to the vendor about the issue, but they didn’t bother to give any reply to my mail. No one picks the call when I call the websites customer care numbers. But luckily I have got the mobile number of the vendor. After dialing his number (Nitin Katyal │ Friends Trading Co. Mb :+91-9888262752 / 9041424343 | Email : [email protected] │ www.friendstrading.in) on 19/11/2014, he picks the call and tells that he is not in office now, he will get back to me after reaching office. But after 2-3 hours he doesn’t bother to contact me and whenever I call him he doesn’t pick my call. Next day (20/11/2014) I have again called Nitin Katyal , but he tells the same as last day that he is not in office now, will check after reaching office, but no response after 3 hours. Also sent him SMS, but no response.
Today is 20/11/2014, means 11th day after I had placed my order (I had to transfer the money to vendor during placing the order). But still I don’t know whether I will get the item I had ordered or at least get my money back!
The worst part is that, they don’t pick any calls and also don’t send any reply to my mails.
